My own journey has been transformative and healing.

With a history of trauma and abuse, unhealthy hyper-sexuality became my normal.

I felt lost, hurt and ungrounded with habits that were only attracting more of the same.

Once I became fully conscious of how my past was controlling my life, I began to transform my mindset, sexuality and way of life.

I devoted more of my time to nature and connecting with something greater.

Many of the practices and tools I used to heal and transform are what I help others with.

I have a strong passion to co-create and hold sacred spaces for anyone who is struggling or suffering from

experience with sexual trauma, addiction and disempowerment.
